Winter Britain in pictures

We’re the first to admit that Britain’s winter weather can be somewhat unpredictable. But if you pack for bright sunshine, thick snow and pretty much everything in between, you’ll be all set to discover a magical time of year.

And whether you experience the brilliant contrast of virgin snow on a red post box, frosty cobbled streets straight out of Dickens or the comfort of an open fire in an ancient pub, we guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

I would love to use your beautiful picture of Ely Cathedral in the snow for our Friends of Cathedral Music Christmas card 2014. Could you please let me know if this is possible and who is the photographer / who to ask for permission and for a high res copy? Thanks.
